How do you handle lot reconfigurations, subdivisions, and consolidations?

Our approach starts by clarifying your goal: dividing one parcel into several (a subdivision), combining multiple lots into one (a consolidation), or shifting a shared property line (a boundary line adjustment). Each path carries its own zoning, surveying, and recording requirements, so we map the right one before any plans are drawn.

From there, we coordinate with your surveyor and engineer, prepare and submit the plans to the appropriate municipal agencies, and represent you through the approval and hearing process. Once approvals are secured, we draft and record the deeds and legal instruments that make the new configuration official, keeping the project compliant with local subdivision and zoning codes at every step.
